Patient Info
HOW TO BE REFERRED:
Our clinic requires referrals from your primary care provider (GP, NP) – please discuss your concerns with them and if a referral would be helpful or not in your unique situation. If you do not have a primary care provider, we accept referrals from schools, counselors, and through the hospital.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT:
Appointment times may vary depending on the issue. The child/youth and family may be seen together, separately, or both depending on the situation. The child/youth must attend appointments for us to do a proper assessment.
LEARNERS IN CLINIC:
Our clinic is proud to support the training of medical students and residents (doctors who are completing their training) to contribute to medical education as well as the utilize their expertise and skills. Because of this, your appointments may be booked to see a medical learner, which can also speed up how fast you are seen. All cases are reviewed and supervised.
